Law of Attraction vs Karma
Law of Attraction versus Karma
Both Law of attraction and karma have something in common as far as yielding positive to positive and negative to negative is concerned. However, most people can’t tell the two apart despite their differences. Let us look at each in depth to help you understand them better.
The Law of Attraction
The law of attraction states that positive attracts positives while negative attract negatives. The power of the subconscious mind can never be overlooked by those wishing to manifest success or change in their lives.
Whatever we feed into our thoughts determines our destiny according to this powerful universal law. We always get what we think in our mind at any given time. If utilized properly, the law of attraction can be a powerful vessel for manifesting change, manifesting love and manifesting success.
You can accumulate wealth progressively through positive thinking. Your life will unfold naturally according to how best you use the law of attraction.
Generally, the law of attraction success is achieved by those who learn to quite the negative subconscious through meditation, yoga, and exercise among others. With this universal life, it is wasteful, greedy and selfish to dream of having things in abundance.
We only need to have things in sufficient amounts rather than in excess. Having said that; it is upon you as an individual to decide whether to feed your mind with negativity and attract negativity or focus on positivity to attract positivity.
The Law of Karma
We are all familiar with the term Karma. This is basically a Sanskrit word translated into “action”. Most of us associate karma with payback as consequences of one’s past or present actions.
Karma states that you will always reap whatever you sow. In other words, if you do bad things, don’t expect to attract good things in your life. Karma can either be good or bad depending on different circumstances. Good karma attracts good things such as fame, wealth, power and success, while bad karma yields all the negative things you can ever imagine.
Karma is in existence to offer us protection or correct us whenever we go astray consciously or unconsciously. Unlike the law of attraction which is fast, karma takes time to take effect.
For instance, smoking progressively over a long period of time can one day make you vulnerable to lung/throat cancer, squandering all your wealth on useless things will lead to bankruptcy and adopting poor eating habits can attract obesity in the end.
All these are perfect examples of karma coming back to haunt us. Consider karma as self-balancing divine justice if you want. Lastly, Karma is believed to be under the guardianship of the 4 directions of the earth which are North, South, East, and West.
As previously mentioned, both karma and the law of attraction are similar in a way. The differences are that Karma gives you what you never saw coming while the Law of attraction rewards you according to your thoughts.
Lastly, Karma is all about your deeds either good or bad whereas the law of attraction is all about positive or negative thoughts, vibes and actions.
